HR Personnel Specialist is needed
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Job responsibilities:
– Good knowledge of labor law.
– Responsible for handling employees onboarding procedures, system entry, and establishing employee files and termination of employee labor contracts.
– Monitor the expiration of probationary periods and work contracts on specified dates.
– Prepare insurance files for new employees and submit them to the insurance specialist .
– Resolve issues related to labor and insurance office inspections, in coordination with the insurance specialist.
– Responsible for verifying and summarizing monthly employees attendance, overtime, and vacation data.
